Now that the anniversary celebration with Baked Alaska is over, it’s time for me to head back to the kitchen. This time with a recipe for Yellow Beet and Tomato Bruschetta.
Bruschetta makes a great hors d’oeuvre and is super easy to make. The twist on this one is that I’ve combined yellow beets and yellow tomatoes, instead of the more typical red tomatoes often found in bruschetta recipes, to come up with an unusual hors d’oeuvre that tastes good and is easy to serve.
